1. About Sterling Bridge Finance
Sterling Bridge Finance is a trading name of Gem Master Group Ltd.
Sterling Bridge Finance provides finance brokerage, introduction and related services. Depending on the product or service required, we may introduce customers to lenders, finance providers, brokers, intermediaries, insurers or other appropriate third-party partners.
Sterling Bridge Finance is not a lender and does not itself make lending decisions.
Any finance offered is subject to the relevant provider's eligibility criteria, assessment, terms and conditions.
2. Our Panel and Introductions
We work with a range of third-party providers and intermediaries.
We do not guarantee that we search or have access to the whole market.
The number and identity of providers available to us may vary according to the type of finance or service required.
Where appropriate, we may introduce or refer your enquiry to one or more providers that we consider potentially suitable for your requirements.
A provider remains responsible for its own assessment and decision whether to offer finance and on what terms.
3. How Sterling Bridge Finance May Be Paid
Sterling Bridge Finance may receive a commission, referral fee or other remuneration from a lender, broker, finance provider, insurer, intermediary or other third party when we make an introduction, submit an enquiry, or where a customer proceeds with a product or service.
The nature and amount of remuneration can vary between providers, products and individual transactions.
Depending on the arrangement, remuneration may be:
-
a fixed referral fee;
-
a fixed commission;
-
a percentage-based commission;
-
calculated by reference to the amount or type of finance arranged; or
-
another form of remuneration agreed with the relevant provider.
Not every introduction will necessarily result in Sterling Bridge Finance receiving payment.
4. Commission and Our Recommendations
The amount of commission available to Sterling Bridge Finance may differ between providers or products.
Where applicable regulatory requirements require disclosure, we will prominently disclose in good time the existence and nature of commission, fees or other remuneration where this could actually or potentially affect our impartiality or could have a material impact on your decision.
Where required, we will also explain how the existence and nature of that remuneration may affect amounts payable by you under the relevant agreement.
We aim to consider the information you provide about your requirements when identifying an appropriate route for your enquiry.
5. Requesting Commission Information
Where the applicable rules provide you with the right to this information, you may ask us to disclose the amount of commission, fee or other remuneration payable to Sterling Bridge Finance in relation to a regulated credit agreement.
Where the precise amount is not known at the relevant time, we will provide the likely amount where required.
Any required disclosure will be provided in good time before the relevant regulated agreement is entered into.

6. Fees Charged to Customers
Where Sterling Bridge Finance does not charge you a fee for its brokerage or introduction service, we may instead receive remuneration from the relevant provider or intermediary.
If Sterling Bridge Finance proposes to charge you a fee for a service, any applicable fee and the relevant payment terms will be disclosed to you separately before you become liable to pay it and in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
7. Finance Terms
Sterling Bridge Finance does not guarantee:
-
acceptance or approval;
-
the amount of finance available;
-
any particular interest rate;
-
repayment terms;
-
the speed of a provider's decision; or
-
that any particular product or provider will be available.
Any quotation or indication provided before a formal offer should not be treated as a guarantee of finance.
The relevant lender or provider will determine the final terms of any product it offers.
8. Third-Party Providers
When we introduce you to another organisation, that organisation may have its own:
-
terms and conditions;
-
privacy policy;
-
eligibility requirements;
-
fees or charges;
-
complaints procedure; and
-
regulatory obligations.
You should review the documentation provided by the relevant organisation before entering into an agreement.
